execute

                             DataEngineServlet pServlet)
                      throws CMException

This method will generate XML data from the RowCollection selected. If this RowCollection hasNextRowCollection, then all the data in the following RowCollections will be generated into XML format.

Gets the minimum feature level requried to execute this operation
